type='text'>Avoiding Acne</title><content type='html'>Acne is common problem among adolescents and adults as well. We  use different products to treat acne but the best way to treat acne is to avoid getting it. Here are some ways to prevent getting acne:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Wash your face at least three times a day. Gently wash your face with a mild cleanser and when drying your face don't scrub but pat it gently with a clean cloth until dry.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2.Drink a lot of water to remove bacteria and waste out from the body because acne starts from the inside of the body before it breaks out through your skin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3.Keep your hands off your face unless if your washing it because our hands are very prone to bacteria that can cause acne breakouts.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4.
