Avoiding Acne

Acne is common problem among adolescents and adults as well. We use different products to treat acne but the best way to treat acne is to avoid getting it. Here are some ways to prevent getting acne:

1. Wash your face at least three times a day. Gently wash your face with a mild cleanser and when drying your face don't scrub but pat it gently with a clean cloth until dry.

2.Drink a lot of water to remove bacteria and waste out from the body because acne starts from the inside of the body before it breaks out through your skin.

3.Keep your hands off your face unless if your washing it because our hands are very prone to bacteria that can cause acne breakouts.

4. Keep your hair off your face. Our hair has natural oil that when in contact with our face can cause acne.

5.Avoid exposure to sunshine if not needed cause sunshine can cause our skin to produce excess sebum (oily matter secreted by the sebaceous gland of our skin) that causes acne.

The battle to curb obesity eventually may be won with an implantable stomach device. This technology, called a gastric stimulator would zap the stomach or nerves with electric current, in much the same way a cardiac pacemaker stimulates the hearts, to boost metabolism or regulate appetite signals.

Another possible surgery will involve implanting miniature computers or computer components in the body to help it perform basic functions. A processor, for examples could help release hormones. A brain computer interface may monitor and treat diseases, such as epilepsy and depression that affect brain activity . A body scanning machine will evaluate patients pain when they cannot communicate. In addition robotic legs strapped to the body can assist people such as firefighters and soldiers who must bear heavy loads for extended periods of time.

Proper changing of water in the aquarium

When changing the water of a fish tank avoid changing 100% of the water - it makes the fish stress. The proper way is to keep the 50% of water in the tank then add another fresh 50% water so that the fish don’t get stressed.

Use ice to close pores in our face

All of us know that having pimples in our face is unpleasant to see. So use an ice cubes and gently rub it into your face. It causes the pores to close to prevent pimples. Try it for at least a minute.

Top Ten Most Nutritious Foods.

  1. AVOCADOS
    Benefit: Many people avoid them because they are high in fat. Avocados can help reduce cholesterol, and decrease the risk of cancer and diabetes. They also contain antioxidants.
    Nutrients: Vitamins E, C and B6, potassium, fiber, vitamin K and folate.
    Recipe tip: Spread on toast and melt low-fat cheese on top. Add sliced tomato.
