Here are some fruits that could help prevent acne:
1. Apples- apples are good for the skin 'cause it contains many minerals and vitamins that could
help clear away acne. Eat at least 2 a day
2.Bananas- bananas have phytochemicals fructo oligosaccharides that feeds the good bacterias in
in our colon and therefore prevent the bad bacteria from producing toxic acids that get
to the skin and cause acne to appear
3.Grapes- help cleanse the body and good for the skin
